FOOD PROCESSING PLANT – WEST TORONTO

Sproule Specialty Roofing LTD was tasked with replacing the severely damaged roof at a plant in west Toronto
First the old roof BUR materials had to be painstakingly removed
Any underlying damage had to be repaired so the new roof was water tight
A new roof was installed with the appropriate insulation, vapour barrier, water proofing and drainage
This job was a complete roof replacement and Sproule was up to the task

Water Pooling Repair – Before During After

Sproule Specialty Roofing LTD repaired this roof that was leaking due to ponding water
The roof was stripped down to the steel deck
Any damage was repaired
The roof was properly reconstructed one layer at the time
The roof was sealed making it water tight and proper drainage was implemented to prevent future water pooling
